Please see our 39-031 and 39-032 to start out with. These appear to match your operator, but I would just make sure all the dimensions match. You should be able to re-use your old cover and handle, but if you wanted to replace them as well, take a look at our 39-107 and 39-114L.

Thanks. Can the 39-107FK (folding crank) be used instead of 39114L?
