Replacement parts

A home owner from USA says:
Our windows have cracked and broken spring covers on the sides of the casements. Some have broken, fallen into the bottom, and caused the windows not to open. Please advise if you have equivalent replacement options. I have enclosed a picture of the Simonton tag. I am unable to remove the part. It is spring loaded and recoils into the window casing when I try. Here is a picture that reveals more of the interior as well as a picture from where the part was removed.

Thanks,

Jason

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Hey, Jason. Before we recommend anything, can you show me a clear picture of the pivot shoe that attaches to these coil springs? In the meantime, see our 15-205 housing and Series 165 springs. As for the tilt latches, see our 26-243 and 26-244.
