It's difficult to say. Could you give me the width and thickness of this pivot shoe? That will allow us to find the best possible match. It could be something like our 15-045, but it's hard to be sure. As for the spiral balance, what is the diameter and length of its outer tube?
A quick learner from Jacksonville, FL says:
Pivot Shoe width about 1' and tick about 3/8'
Spiral balance length is 42'
Outer Tube for spiral balance length 40'
Length between two hole on Spiral balance is 1' (picture2)
I'm not sure whats the diameter os Spiral Balance, could be 1/4 or 3/8'
I hope this will help me to find right parts for my broken window.

Thank you very much for your help

With Regards

The pivot shoe does appear to be our 15-045. The 3/8" tube tilt balance would be our Series 900 spiral balance, however a length of 40" would need to be custom made. Can you just tell me the weight of the sash and how many you need?
A quick learner from Florida says:
Im not sure about that, whole opening 1 frame on window is 41 3/4 x 26 and its two frame like that, its metal frame........Thanks

I'm afraid I don't understand. What part aren't you sure about? Can you confirm the length of the outer tube of the balance itself? That is how we determine the length, not by the frame itself.

Im not sure about "the weight of the sash"

Outer Tube for spiral balance length 40'

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Thanks for clarifying. Like I mentioned before, we can custom make a Series 900 balance in 40", but in order to calculate the proper spring strength we need to know the weight of your sash. You can determine this by weighing your sash on a scale.
A quick learner from Jacksonville FL says:
Weight of sash is 20.6 Lbs.

Perfect. I'll email you a custom order form for 2 of these. If you need a different amount, let me know.
