Replacement shoes for Patriot windows

Hello,
I have Patriot windows that were supplied by Universal Supply in Hammonton, NJ about 15 years ago.

I need a set of shoes - please see pictures

Measuring from the outside;

channel width about 1 1/2"

Shoe height about 2"

thickness about 1/2"

Please let me know what replacement parts to order
