Replacement springs

A quick learner from Hampton va says:
Please help me identify the springs and other parts I need to keep the window up. The white shaft is approx. 26" long and it measures about 3/8" across. It came off a MW window. I need several replacements as these do not work anymore.

If the outer tube is 3/8" in diameter, I would recommend our S900-26 spiral balance. I would also suggest the Red Tip option. Please also note that our tubes are metal rather than plastic. We believe they hold up better and will not crack with age.
