Replacement window slides needed along with a repair of the damaged window

A landlord from De Pere WI says:
Vinyl windows were made in Canada and now not available.
Need help determining which window sash balance mechanism I need.
Do you have any thoughts on how to repair the area the pivot bar screw to?

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Uh oh. The whole bottom of the sash is broken. There isn't a lot you can do here, and I'm not sure the company the manufactured this window does so anymore. You might want to consider retrofitting our 26-395. This is what I used to do when I repaired windows, though there's no guarantee it will work.

As for the balance, see our 15-087 shoe and Series 180 coil spring.
A landlord from De Pere WI says:
Thanks Paul.

The sash is 34" wide x 28.5" tall and weighs 22#.
What # series 180 coil spring do I use?

Paul from SWISCO responded:
If your sash is 22 pounds, then I think one S180-5 and one S180-6 on each side should do it. Keep in mind you only need to replace the springs if they have failed.
