Replacing broken casement window cranks

A quick learner from Bay area, california says:
We have two casement windows in a bay window. Both cranks are broken. One handle is striped and the other is striped and has fallen out of the window. Do you have replacement mechanisms that fit these windows? Also notice both have been kept in place with foam. Do you have a solution for attachment?

It's hard to tell with the operator still in the sash, but start with our 39-013 and 39-014. Do these match up to your hardware?
A quick learner from California says:
So I pulled them completely out. Hope this helps. They look very similar to the ones you have suggested. The arm, before the bend is 12in. One inch added after the bend. Would that be the same as 13 in.? Can you explain why they used the foam? They used six screws on each base, then added foam under.

Thank you,
Jodie

I would double check the arm length. We determine the size of this operator arm by measuring between the center of the end bearing wheel and the center of the gear.

I'm not sure about the foam, I'd assume it's an extra level of insulation used by the original installers.
