Replacing knurled collars on Caradco crank

A quick learner from Topeka, KS says:
We have all Caradco windows in our home installed in our home when we built it in 1991. Some of the knurled collars that hold the crank have become unusable, thus we can't open the windows. Are replacement parts available?

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Yes, it sounds like you need a new operator entirely. Those collars aren't available by themselves. If you were to upload a few pictures of your existing operator, I could point you in the right direction.

Keep in mind that I will have to see the entire operator, so pictures of it removed from the window would be best.
A quick learner from Topeka KS says:
We are pretty sure what we need. Does the discounted price for 6 have to be all the same or can we get 3 left and 3 right?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Oh, great. I'm glad you found what you need. Unfortunately, the price drops only count for each side individually.
