Thanks for posting with photos. I've used the 40-049 in the past to replace a Pado handle set like yours. The biggest thing you have to worry about is that the outside and inside handle plates could be a little different, which means you might have to drill new holes for the handle plates. The most important measurements would be the mounting holes (6-15/16") for the mortise latch on the edge of the door. Take a look at these parts, as well as the video below, and let me know what you think.
Also note, we do not offer keylock on both sides, only exterior.
A quick learner from Pawleys Island, SC says:
I have the same Pado Latao lock as pictured (with the same finish issues) but would prefer to replace it with white instead of brass. Would the 40-097 also be a suitable replacement?

Yes, I believe the 40-097 should be e perfectly suitable replacement for this door. It's available in both a white and black finish.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we do not sell the kind of hardware you show in these photos. I can honestly say I've never seen a handle set that looks like this. I think it may be specific to whoever made the door; you would be better served contacting the original manufacturer directly for assistance.
