Replacing the torque bar bearing

A home owner from Jupiter FL says:
How do you get the torque bar out to be able to replace these bearings? The obvious screw holding the bearing to the side of the frame is through the 3/16 inch diameter hole. I removed it on both sides of the window frame but there is still lots of resistance to pulling the bar and bearings out. Is there another screw through the 1/8 inch diameter hole that is hidden from view? If yes, how do you get to it?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
I have replaced these bearings in the past and it is not an easy job to do. I believe you will need to remove the operator from the window, disconnect the torque bar from the window linkage and remove the bearings at both ends of the torque bar. From what I remember you need to take out the complete torque bar to replace the bearings at the ends.
