Replacment of a Casement_operator and a lock on CARADCO windows

A home owner from Quemado, New Mexico says:
The person, who took care of our house during a trip to Europe, damaged 2 of our windows badly. We have Caradco windows (built Jan/Feb 2003). The windows are both 1' 5" wide, Tradition Plus Series Casement Windows, single unit.

Problem 1 (see picture 1 and 2). We have to replace the parts, which are operated by a handle and open the window (Name: EntryGuard Truth).

Problem 2 (see pictures 3 to 5). We have to replace the lock on the side of the window. The part, which makes the window tight is broken.

Thank you for your help.

Thanks for posting. The operator closely resembles our 39-035 and 39-036. As for the lock, consider our 39-097 and 39-098. These are newer versions of your lock so you may also need a new keeper; see our 38-079.

You may want to remove your hardware from the window to confirm that our measurements are the same as yours.
