Require following spiral window balances and pivot shoes for following window description below

A quick learner says:
Series 7880/series 78 SH TILT
AAMA\NWWDA 101/I.S. 2-97
H-R-30-48x72
AAMA Cert. Prog.
Manufac. Code JW12

This is the info on the sticker on the window

Does Swisco have these 20 yr. old parts?

Problem: Window will no longer stay up. Window does stay in the shoes but will
not stay up.

I have not taken the window apart to see the length needed of balance or removed the shoe. Nor have I at this point be able to find a repairmen who has repaired
these windows when part have worn out. I'm on the search for a repairmen now.
But I thought it best to find go ahead a find the parts first.

Thank you for any help you can lend me is resolving my window situation.
I was advised Home Depot sold these to long gone contractor in this development.

Thank you again.

Sounds like a problem with your balances, for sure. However, I cannot determine what you have based on this information. We will need to see pictures of the balances themselves, just to start out.
