My name is Norma Martinez and I need to order 6 balances for my windows. I have attached 3 photos. I believe the measurement of the balance is 30 inches in length. Please let me know if you carry the part and what is the cost. Please contact me as soon as possible as I need to receive the parts right away.

Thanks for posting, Norma. I believe you have an older version of our S380-30 channel balance. The bottom shoe looks a little different, but I think ours will still work. As for the stamp option, I recommend weighing your sash on a scale to determine the weight, then referring to the chart we have on the S380-30 store page. That will let you determine the best match.
