Right Hand model Window Operator by EntryGard TRUTH

One Right Hand model Window Operator by EntryGard TRUTH with 4and7/8" Link Arm 20310 and a 9" zoom Arm 3308428 measured from bolt to bolt, or about 10" as shown by the ruler from rotor to end as shown in my photo.

If I identified the operator correctly it may be TRUTH's 15.10.00.002
