A quick learner from Toronto says:
How to push the roller down into the track. I screwed the vertical screw to the end but it still doesn't go into the track. Should l remove the whole thing and insert it at an angle like in the video. And install it back or there is another way to push it down after hanging the sliding mirror door ?

Yes, it sounds like the anti jump pins are preventing the wheel from engaging into the track. Installing it like you described, from an angle, should do the trick.
