Thanks for contacting us. Can you give me the dimensions of the housing? That will also help. I would specifically like to know the width, height, and length of the housing, as well as any other dimension you think would be relevant. In the meantime, check out our 81-027 and see if this could work. Note that the wheel is only 1-1/4", but you may be able to adjust its height to compensate.
A quick learner from Denver, Colorado says:
Roller is 1 1/2" in diameter and is marked KILIAN TORONTO, CAN 2 SYRACUSE N.Y.

Casing is approximately 2 1/2" x 1 3/8" x 5/8" (almost 3/4" in places) and is marked DEL MAR ENG. PAT. PEND.

Door is marked GARDNER MIRROR FEB. 27, 1979

I can't seem to find your exact closet door roller. However, take a look at our 23-176. It is 5/8" when you measure the side flares while complete housing measures 1-1/4", and it has a 1-1/2" nylon wheel. It is held in place with the hole in the end bracket. Looking at your photo it appears the door has a spline groove on the bottom rail where a screw goes to hold the frame together. What do you think?
