S385 21" non tilt window balance.

A quick learner from Usa says:
On my balance I have a 2090 D printed and I know I need a S385. My window is 46"w x 24h double pane glass. You only have 2040 and 2050 model numbers. Which one will fit my window? Pictures are below. Thank you.

Casey from SWISCO responded:
The stamp number 2090 26 typically points to the end numbers for the weight, in this case 26 pounds. If your sash weighs 26 pounds, choose stamp option 2050, this will carry a window sash weight range of 23 through and including 27 pounds.

This information is based on 2 balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction in the jamb weather-strip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate.
