S770-33 33" 33G availability?

Hello,
Thanks for letting us ask questions. I have broken window balances marked as 33G. I was so happy to find your website but i can't see 33G model. Is there anything you can provide or should i order 33E model and replace the broken parts? What do you recommend? Pics are attached.
