Hey Tim. I see what you mean. We pulled up a variety of top sash guides on the upper right side of this page where some of the dimensions match. In this case, you do not need to be concerned of the total length. The most important dimensions are the hole placement from the top, the width, and the depth of the housing. I suggest reviewing these parts closely to see if any of these could work as a good replacement for you.
