I need your help to identify our window balancers to replace. It is 3250 model. Attached please find images of its both tips and also the code on the balancer. The length of the metal portion is 33 inches.

Thanks for contacting us. This balance could either be our S380-33 or S385-33 depending on the size of the bottom shoe. Compare your measurement to the dimensions we show for each balance to confirm the better match.
