The company that made your balance is no longer in business, I'm afraid, and the hardware you have is no longer made. That said, we have a solution, but it takes a little bit of homework.

Looking at your balance system, you might be able to substitute with a special kind that we can custom make for you. It would be similar to our S795-27, but with a 15-198 top clip instead of a regular screw tab. I'm also not sure what the width of your original shoe was. Can you confirm if it was 15/16" or 1-1/4"? That will determine whether we use the 15-194 shoe (1" wide) or 15-195 (1-1/4"). Finally, how many did you need?

Once we have the details of the custom balance worked out, you will also need to replace the pivot bar with something that can work with the new shoe. I recommend our 26-021.

Thanks, the shoe width for this window is 15/16 inch.
I will need 4 total. 2 left and 2 right.

Okay, that's probably the smaller 15-194 shoe. The 1/16" difference in width is probably because yours wore down a little over time. We'll email you a custom order link immediately.
