Hello... I'm looking for a sash balance for a vertical slider double hung window of an unknown manufacturer ( possibly a Mason ) .

I believe your balance is a match for our S795-30 with the 30C option. Check it out and tell me if you agree.

I'm not sure about that tilt bar. I believe this kind of nylon tilt bar is no longer made. If possible, please send us some photos of an undamaged tilt bar and we can work from there. Please also provide dimensions. Thanks!
