As per your indication, I purchased 36" SERIES 380 CHANNEL BALANCE (3550 stamp):
36-inch/pd/Series-380-Channel-Balances/S380-36
They are an exact fit.
However, I see that I also need the sash guides. Please look at the pics and measurements and help me identified the correct sash guide.
