Sash spring latch for 4 year old Certainteed Window

A home owner from Bel Air, MD 21015 says:
I replaced my windows 4 years ago with Certainteed windows. While cleaning my windows the spring latch on the top of the top window that allows you to tilt the window in for cleaning broke.

My windows are white. The latch is 3.5 inches long and 7/8" wide. There is a little "handle" that slides in an opening in the top of the latch. There are 2 prongs on the bottom of the latch that fit into 2 small opening in the track at the top of the window. One of mine is broken off.

Certainteed said I could find the piece on your site, but I'm not sure what part I need.

Thank you,
Joan
