Screen Door bottom rollers

A home owner from San Jose, CA says:

The bottom rollers (pic attached) is broken. I believe the replacement part is 84-139, but not sure. I had a hard time taking it out..it broke into pieces. Will there be instructions to remove and install included if I purchase a new one?
