A home owner from Winston-Salem, NC says:
There are no markings I can find. The frame is metal and appears to be 30 years old.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
We may be able to help, yes. However, keep in mind that these handles are no longer available in metal. Check out our 83-002 and see if this is a possible match.
A quick learner says:
How do I remove the old "spring" inside the door? We bought this house with a few broken items-- slider/screen doors amongst them. The handle was broken off and the internal mechanism is still in there.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
You would drill out the old rivet in the nylon slide and work the latching mechanism out of the end of door, where it locks to the keeper.
