The roller is exactly 2" x 1" x 1/2". It fits in a slot in a wood screen door. I would prefer a roller with a nylon wheel but will take steel if that's all that will fit. Note the adjusting screw to raise and lower wheel. Any assistance you can give me would be very much appreciated. I would also like to know if you sell a track that would fit over an existing lower track that is badly worn. The existing track is .065" wide x .265 high.

Take a look at our 81-247 roller. This might work for your screen door, but you may need to bend that installation tab to match your old one. Could that work for you?

I have used 80-102 or 80-103 for screen rails. You need to use silicone or caulking to keep it from rattling around, and you can't use any of the narrow screen rollers on it, but for that wheel it should work.

Dave--On your recommendation I purchased the 81-247 as a replacement for the roller pictured above. Wanted you to know (for future reference) the 81-247 worked VERY well. It took about 10 minutes with a chisel doing some very minimal wood mods to get the 81-247 to fit in the slot.....Many thanks for your assistance. I will be ordering two more of these rollers "just in case"..................Bill
