Screen door won't stay open

A quick learner from Florida says:
Hello Swisco experts!

Every night I come home I am assaulted by my screen/storm door. When opening, it doesn't stay open for even a second before it slams into your backside then your behind stretches the screen. I have adjusted the screws clockwise and counterclockwise, but it only keeps the door from closing slowly the last 5 inches. I have pneumatic tubes/cylinders at the top and bottom with the metal clips to keep them propped open, but with not enough hands to utilize them.

My question is.. Does anyone make the tubes/cylinders to where they would work similar to the ones on a car trunk? Where I can pull it open, and it stays open until I give it a tug to close? And if not, any recommendations on what type of push bar or guard would work with this door?

Thanks for posting! The door closers you have on your door looks like our 40-077. They do look old and rusted, judging by your photos. It could be there is no adjustment left. The push bar, or guard, you speak of is not as common as it once was. We do not have them, but you might be able to find some at a local hardware store.
