Screw holes aren't threaded

A quick learner from Bainbridge Island, WA, USA says:
We ordered and received your 38-139. We are attempting to install it, but the screw holes are not threaded. Is this a manufacturing error, or is there some special piece we need.Kellee

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
Thanks for your order, Kellee. The lack of threads is not a manufacturer error. In the item description for the 38-139, we recommend using a 33-096 self-threading screw for installation. You could also possibly use a #8 self tapping sheet metal screw like our 33-072.
