A home owner from Feasterville PA says:
My old locking handles had threads. I don't see any in these handles.

Thanks for posting. Most window manufacturers use something like our 33-072, #8 X 3/8" SS pan head screw to install the 38-036. These install from the back. Would that work for you? If not, show me a picture of your existing hardware and we will do our best to find an applicable match.
A quick learner from Feasterville,PA says:
Thanks Tom,
I used a #8 screw. Needed to be a little longer due to the thickness of the retainer on the back. Everything worked out well and the new hardware works fine. Thanks, Jay
