It's hard to tell with the part scattered like that, but I think you may just have either our 15-194 or 15-195, depending on the size. Look them over and tell me what you think!
A quick learner says:
Thank you for your prompt reply!

I believe (ordered) that the 15-194 will work.

I will let you know if it doesn't :)
A quick learner says:
well ..... not even close

I'm sorry to hear the 15-194 didn't work. Can you go into more detail? What are the exact differences between your old shoe and the 15-194? Do you have an undamaged version of your old shoe so that we can get a better look at it compared to the 15-194?
A quick learner says:
does this help?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Yes, that does help a little. I'm still not sure exactly what the problem was. It looks like it could be too small. Keep in mind the 15-194 has a "T" width of 1", while the 14-195 has a "T" width of 1-1/4". Was it a matter of size? If not, why exactly didn't the 15-194 work?
A quick learner says:
the t section was too wide will not fit in the track.

the hook at the top would go in as the thickness was too much as well.

Overall too big in every dimension.
A quick learner says:
another angle

system won't let me send more than one picture

Ahh, I see what the problem is. The "stem" of your shoe has an indentation. This is for an old balance system that is no longer made. I wish I had seen that in your first pictures. I'm afraid that shoe isn't available anymore. You will need to replace the entire balance system with the updated Series 795 channel balance. I am sorry we cannot offer a better match.
