SWISCO - The Replacement Hardware Authority

Searching for 33dsea

A quick learner says:
I have confidently found rails for one room as per this page: http:/. ww.swisco.com/28-inch/pd/Series-351-Channel-Balances/S351-28 the stamp matches up.

The other room is the same style except longer. The stamp however reads 33ds ea 42 as per attached picture.

It wofactappear I need the 351 series 34" per this page: http://www.swisco.com/33-Series-351-Balance/pd/Series-351-Channel-Balances/S351-34 however mine are in fact double spring as the ds seems to imply.

Would I opt for the 3340 or 3350 depending on weight then? Its a pretty large window.

Thank you for posting, and for the detailed pictures! Could you please give me the weight of the sash? That will help us come up with a good replacement balance for you. Thanks!
A home owner from California says:
The double spring one weighs 29lbs.

Thank you! I think you might want to consider the 2750 option. Two S351-28 channel balances with this stamp can carry a window sash weight of 26 through 30 pounds.
