the pella part number is 34495, but it includes a closer kit which I don't need. I only need the interior handle.

I don't think this is a Pella part. Please see our 40-150, instead. I think this could work, but please make sure your dimensions match ours first.

It says Pella on the outside strikeplate, but I didn't send that picture. The part you suggested appears that it will work. It doesn't appear to have a lock on it though. Can you tell me if it does? I'm probably going to order it regardless. Thank you

I'm afraid it does not come with a locking mechanism. It is used with dead bolt locks like our 40-049.
