Close, but not quite right. 38-036 is meant to mount into a recess, I need one that is surface-mount with screw holes at 2-1/2" on center. It's Acorn brand in Bronze.

I'm afraid your old lock is discontinued and no longer available. The 38-036 is the closest possible match, though I cannot guarantee it will work. You may also be able to make use of the shim that goes with it, our 38-036S.
