Searching for C-9400-1A

A quick learner says:
Hi- This is the mechanism that I need for an Andersen window. The # etched on the front is C-9400-1A. The number on the back is F-9400-8, with the letter "B" appearing beneath it. Do you have this part? Thank you.

Thanks for posting! Have you seen our 39-264 Andersen Split Arm Crank? Does this appear to match your hardware? Take a look and let me know what you think?
A home owner from Boston says:
Yes I did, thanks. It looks very similar. We purchased our windows in 1996. Do I also need the adapter plate?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Yes, assuming that the window was manufactured the same year, you would need our 39-362.
