Sears Storm Window Part

A contractor from Chicago, IL says:

I have a couple of these to replace. For the most part, the tip has broken off, however with the one pictured, the spring the back has come out and so the latch isn't working properly.

I've watched the video on replacing latches and corners, do I need the replacement part that includes the corner (where it's a complete unit)?

These old Sears parts are hard to come by. Fortunately, we have something that may work. Take a look at our 91-166P, Sears Corner Latch Pair. Could they match up to yours?
