Shipping to Europe

A quick learner from Oldenzaal, The Netherlands says:

The spring door stoppers are not availalable in Europe. Yet we woul dneed them fotr our Radiocontrolled tugboats to play waterpolo. Sounds crazy, but grown up men do play waterpolo with R/C small tugs ( http://www.springertugs.com)

What would be the shipping/mailing possibilities to get them to the Netherlands/Europe, at the same time not to build up too large stock
