Balance Shoe

A friend from Leesburg, Fl says:
My neighbor has what looks like the same type balance except longer. The shoe is identical to the one that is shown in your video on how to replace a balance. The #'s are 3220. The top caps are also either broken or missing on most of the sashes. I will try and get measurements and pictures of a good one for purchasing. I will also try and get a measurement on the weatherstripping. If I can get one window repaired I will need parts to repair 8 additional. Is there supposed to be a bottom guide on the sash?

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you have. We have several videos on replacing all sorts of different balances. We will need to see pictures of the hardware in question so that we can find out what you need.
A friend from Leesburg, Fl says:
I'm mortified, I should have realized that. I think I'm too old to figure out how to send pictures. I will try before I bother you again. Thanks, Harry

Thank you. The top sash guide looks very close to our 18-110. See what you think. For the channel balance, see our S390-33 with a 3220 option.
