Should I switch to foam core spline?

A quick learner from Portland says:
I have many screens to re-screen; will need about 140 feet of new spline so I want to buy rolls of it. The old spline was .130 in. Here is my question: for the easiest installation would you recommend using the same size vinyl spline or go with the foam core spline I've heard good things about, even though it doesn't seem to come in that size. Many thanks.

Personally, I really like foam screen spline. In fact, we were the first company that used foam spline when we were manufacturing screens long, long ago. What is nice about foam spline is that is goes in easy and expands into the frame to hold in the screen wire. We carry the 59-130 foam spline, which matches .130". See what you think.
