Shower door seal w/drip rail

A quick learner from Grand Rapids says:
My shower door seal and drip rail is 25 1/4 in length, and does have three screw holes for mounting. The problem is, the side screw holes are three inches from each end and the middle screw hole is 12 1/2 inches from each end. I could cut the 30 inch sweep, but I don't think the screw holes would line up since it shows 4 inches. Any ideas?
A quick learner from Grand Rapids says:
What I really need is the vinyl sweep on the bottom of the drip rail. Mine finally wore out and I can't find a new one that will fit.

If the hole pattern doesn't match, you can simply redrill the holes in the sweep itself. I'm afraid we do not sell the vinyl sweep separately.
