Simonton window problems

A home owner from walnut Creek says:
I have simonton double hung windows. Two of them flopped out and now are very hard to raise or lower. I think the springs are ok #6.5 35" pat 5232208, but I am guessing I need to replace most of the nylon/plastic. Please advise what you think needs to be replaced and provide the nylon/plastic part numbers. Also I need 1 of the round metal lock pieces. They flopped out because the parts that keep them from flopping out are broken, what is that part number?

Thanks a lot
