Single Hung Tilt Window Balance Parts

A home owner from Leesburg, VA says:
My house was built in 1999 and I can't find any information on the window manufacturer. In several cases, the part that secures the window pane to the balance has broken. I have attached pictures of the pieces that I need to replace. So far, I have been unsuccessful in locating the parts I need. Do you have anything that would fit my needs? If so, I can provide additional measurements. Thank you.

This looks like our 26-326 pivot bar and 15-173 pivot shoe. Please compare our dimensions to yours and see what you think.
A home owner says:
Paul, thanks for your response. I believe those are the correct parts. I'll be placing my order today. Thanks again.

Follow-Up:

I ordered the pivot bars (15-173) and they are a perfect match. However, with both pivot bars attached to the sash, I am unable to get the pivot bars into both the left and right pivot shoes. What is the proper technique to putting the window back together once I've replaced the pivot bars? Thanks.

You should be able to just twist it in. Check out the video below, this may offer some insight.
