The only difference is that the 82-243 is stainless steel, while the 82-218 is not.

Turn your outside handle around while you are at it.

Your mortise lock is also upside down. You may be able to just flip the bracket that holds it and have it right side up. It looks like that should work. You will probably need to adjust the strike also. Door are more secure that way.
