Slider with older T-Lock

A handy person from Ohio says:
29B BSI TO is stamped on my channel balance.
The T-Locks are breaking. I need either new T-locks or new balances.
T-locks look like an older style.
The balance has a hook to connect to the window frame.
Can you tell me what would be the right part?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
We should be able to help, though this balance will have to be custom made. It appears to be a normal S795-29, but with the top screw tab replaced with a 15-198 hook. Does that look like it could work for you? If so, can you let me know how many you need?
A handy person from Ohio says:
Yes it looks like that hook will work. All my balances eventually will need replaced. A few more fail every year. I currently need 10 but may order more or less depending on the cost.
