Missing Sliding Glass Door Lock

A home owner from Deer Park, WA. says:
Years ago, removed locking mechanism, and strike from frame of a sliding glass door, so the slider would close flush against the doggie door edge. Can't find, and can't remember what the parts looked like.

Removed the handles. On the inside of the handle is this information:

2265
US Patent
5125703
DS40.398
2BP
Sash Controls
Canton SD

Need to identify the parts so I can order.

Thanks for your help,

Bill

Thanks! The patio handle appears to be okay, judging by your photos. Based on your original post, it sounds like you need the internal mortise lock that goes in the door itself. There are a lot of possible matches that go with your handle set, though. Take a look at the following parts to get started: our 82-227, 82-226, and 82-218. One way to confirm which is best is to look at the edge of your door compare the holes and space leftover to these options. As for the strike plate, see our89-020 or 89-021D. Again, see if they match the holes in your door jamb. These are the most popular items that goes with your handles.
