Sliding Glass door keyed locking handle assembly

A home owner from Cape Coral Florida says:
This handle is from my parents' sliding glass door in their manufactured home. The only markings on it are Pat No 35896954 and Canadian Patent No. 919213. The hole spacing on this unit appears to be 4" with an overall length of 7-3/8" . My guess is that the only important dimension is the hole spacing. Is this an assembly that you can replace?

Thanks for your time,
