The plastic part of the guide (as per photo) has worn out and needs replacing.
You will note the part number =DSH20121= is clearly visible.

-Can I purchase just the plastic bit?
-How much will it cost to send 2 items to the UK?

Your photos and die number point to our 23-215 bottom door guide. Look it over and see if you can use this as a replacement.
