Sliding door hardware

A home owner says:

We have a sliding glass door handle that has a broken lock. I would like to know what the part is in order to replace it. I've attached pictures of the door handle put together and the piece that is broken. The distance between the two holes that house the screws is approximately 6.5" from centre.
