Sliding door manufacturer identification needed

A quick learner from Georgia says:
Here's hoping that this one lone sticker can help identify our sliding door manufacturer so that we can then get parts for it - original to the 35 year old house, but there is only this one sticker to give us a clue. Thanks for any help!

It's tough to say without seeing the original hardware. The mortise lock might have been the 82-269, in which case the 82-081 could possibly work. These are just educated guesses, though. The only way to be 100% sure is by comparing the original hardware to those replacement options available on the market.
