Sliding patio screen door keeper for 83-001

Is there a keeper that goes with your 83-001 lock?

The 83-001 does not use a keeper. It uses a pin that goes through the frame where the screen door slides into. If your door had this latch originally, look for two holes in the frame for the pin. You can use a nail by sticking it in the hole and cutting off the excess.
